Qualifications

• Minimum education in human services, education, or health fields.
• Direct care experience with persons with disabilities or vulnerable adults preferred.
• Experience providing care or education to vulnerable populations may substitute degrees.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and assist our people with disabilities at client sites.
• Serve as liaison between business customers and clients to support the work program.
• Help clients develop and enhance work skills.
• Communicate with county case managers, referral sources, and coworkers for supported services.
• Foster meaningful work and social development for individuals.

Education

Baccalaureate degree in human services/education/health

Associate degree in related field

Diploma in related field

50 hours of education and training in human services/education/health + 4 years direct care experience
