Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IEP meetings and student support meetings.
• Adapt lessons, assignments, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and use data to guide instructional decisions.
• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals for 3rd–5th grade.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and families.
• Maintain student records and special education documentation.
