Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of college credits (usually 60 credits) through an accredited institution.
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Passing score on an approved ParaPro or Paraeducator Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students indoors and outdoors during transitions, lunch, and activities.
• Reinforce academic skills with individual students or small groups under licensed teacher supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility support.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and de‑escalation strategies as directed.
• Collect and record data on student goals and objectives per IEPs.
• Collaborate with case manager, teachers, PT/OT/SLP, nurses, and service providers.
• Complete Third Party Billing documentation as required.
• Participate in professional development, trainings, and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
