• Develops and implements IEPs and monitors progress.
• Communicates with students' families regarding progress and concerns.
• Collaborates with PPS staff and colleagues.
• Utilizes adaptive technologies to support learning and data-driven instruction.
• Maintains accurate student records and assessment data.
• Supervises paraprofessionals and participates in school events.
