Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an EHS Coordinator to assist the Bedford, New Hampshire site in maintaining and improving Environmental Health & Safety programs. The role supports regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and data-driven EHS improvements across the site.

The position reports to the EHS Lead and collaborates with the Industrial Hygiene team to ensure health, safety, and environmental practices meet PCI standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills with ability to perform complex tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the EHS Lead in maintaining site and Corporate EHS policies & programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze job tasks and assess risk on a regular basis, ensuring that risks are appropriately mitigated.
• Utilize EHS data management systems to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with the Global Industrial Hygiene team to ensure compliance with regulatory IH requirements.
• Deliver site-specific EHS training to assist in incident reduction and implementation of EHS programs.
