Job summary

Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc. seeks an Education Program Manager – Elementary & Middle School Success to lead and refine programs for grades 1–8. You will oversee curriculum design, staff support, and partnerships with families and schools to advance academic growth and youth development.

You will collaborate with the Director of Education to ensure culturally responsive, high-quality experiences aligned with organizational goals and deliver strong educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Youth Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with elementary/middle school students.
• Experience designing curriculum and educational programming.
• Experience supervising teachers, tutors, or instructional staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and youth development.

Responsibilities
