Community Action in Oregon seeks a CCR&R Coordinator to lead a supervisory team and collaborate with community partners to build an equitable early learning network. You will ensure compliance with grant requirements and support staff growth across the program.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, professional development, and culturally responsive practices, with a focus on expanding access to high-quality child care for children farthest from opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, related field or Step 10 on Oregon Registry with 3+ years experience
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking
  • Intermediate computer skills including databases and MS Office
  • Knowledge of Oregon Registry System and professional development pathways
  • Enrollment in Oregon Central Background Registry prior to offer
  • Valid Oregon driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation access

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, onboarding, and reflective supervision to staff
  • Develop efficient operations and monitoring systems to meet grant contracts
  • Build relationships with child care programs and partners; provide data insights
  • Implement strategies to increase child care capacity across the county
  • Oversee professional development, training evaluations, and technical assistance per OR Registry Standards & NAEYC
  • Partner with diverse organizations to recruit providers and reduce expulsions/suspensions
