Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to support families of infants and toddlers in the NC Infant-Toddler Program. You will develop IFSPs, coordinate services with multi-disciplinary teams, conduct home visits, and monitor transitions as children reach age three.

Travel across a six-county catchment is required, and you will work with CDSAs in Carteret, Craven, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, and Pamlico counties to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience working with children birth to age 3 and their families
• Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones
• Experience collaborating with families and professionals
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for young children and families
• Degree from an accredited university enabling Infant-Toddler Family Specialist certification
