Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing an Early Intervention caseload of 35 cases and 50 units weekly minimum.
• Coordinate evaluations and services for families under NYS guidelines.
• Ensure timely paperwork submissions and compliance with county regulations.
• Educate families about available advocacy services.
• Collaborate with medical providers and therapists; facilitate transition plans.
• Field visits to families and documentation of all activities daily.
• Attend supervision meetings for ongoing training.
