Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related fields as per Developmental Certification Policy (2010) J.
• Certification as a Developmental Specialist II or III.
• Reflective supervision at least once per month.

Responsibilities

• Supports Company mission, vision and values.
• Selects/implements evidence-based practices aligned with child/family IFSP goals.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings to review evaluation results and plan.
• Maintains equipment in proper condition and performs routine repairs.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.
