Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for supervision, care, and welfare of children ages 0–3 to ensure safety and well-being.
• Supports and promotes each child’s physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with families, site team, community partners, and staff.
• Develops and implements a multicultural, age-appropriate curriculum meeting needs and standards.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including Head Start and licensing requirements.
