Community Action Partnership Hillsborough Rockingham Counties (CAPHR) seeks an Early Head Start teacher to provide education within a comprehensive service model. The role emphasizes safe learning environments and strong family partnerships to support child development.

The position requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, completion of required ECE courses, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth within a community-focused program in New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with at least 6 ECE courses, including Child Growth and Development.
• Ability to establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Experience engaging families as primary educators and scheduling family visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Develop trusting relationships with children and families.
• Support families as primary educators and encourage involvement in the curriculum.
• Plan and implement daily learning experiences to advance development.
• Complete screenings within 45 days and ongoing observations.
• Plan daily classroom activities and adapt to individual needs.
• Complete 4 family visits per year (2 home, 2 center visits).
