Poudre School District is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to assist Early Childhood students with instruction and physical support to enable full participation in class activities. Responsibilities include aiding in personal care, social skills, and self-awareness, plus supporting materials and clerical tasks for the classroom.

Experience working in a school setting is preferred; an associate degree is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum Level II in the Professional Development Information System (PDIS) of Colorado Shines.
• One year of related experience; experience in a school setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist classroom teacher in individualizing instruction and reinforcing learning in small groups.
• Support students with personal care, social skills, or self-awareness; assist with transitions within the building.
• Assist with assessment data collection and documentation; maintain student records and program paperwork.
• Communicate daily progress with parents or staff when requested.
• Participate inIntegrated Services and Early Childhood professional growth opportunities.
