United Way Miami, Inc. in Florida seeks a Specialist, Early Childhood Education Support to ensure Child Care partners deliver high-quality infant/toddler care and education. You will train, monitor, coach, and provide technical assistance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related Child Development field with 18 credits in Early Childhood Education
• Masters degree preferred for advanced role

Responsibilities

• Ensure systematic support to Child Care partners and Family Child Care providers in Education.
• Responsible for education reports generated by partners.
• Promote integration of Education with other service areas.
• Serve on the EHS-CCP team.
• Plan and participate in pre-service/teacher planning days.
• Conduct weekly classroom observations.
• Guide development of a comprehensive child development program that meets curriculum standards.
• Provide training and technical support to programs.
• Maintain information in Child Plus.
