Job summary

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or related field (NQF Level 6+).
• Minimum 5 years in childcare with at least 3 years in supervision/management.
• Knowledge of early childhood development theories, pedagogy, and legislation.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators and staff.
• Oversee high-quality early learning programs and curriculum.
