Qualifications

• Must have a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in childcare, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing standards.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités
