Job summary

FGCU is building a culture of curiosity, commitment and collaboration; the Coordinator, Early College Programs coordinates and manages the day-to-day program and administrative operations of the ACE Program.

You will advise current and prospective students and parents, coordinate recruitment, orientation and activities for dual enrollment students, and collaborate with faculty, school districts and counselors to advance student success and program reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area with two years of related experience.
• Professional experience in advising and counseling college and/or high school students.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Any relevant combination of education, experience, and certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the ACE Program.
• Provide information and guidance to students, parents, and faculty on programs and admissions.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, and activities for dual enrollment students.
• Collaborate with FGCU faculty, school districts, and high schools to implement programs.
• Monitor student progress, advising requirements and program reporting.
• Develop mentor program and supervise student mentors.
• Monitor budgets for student activities and maintain tracking databases.
