ACCESS seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals in their homes, families, or community settings. You will be a beacon of positivity, delivering compassionate, person-centered support.

You will tailor activities, support daily living skills, guide community inclusion, help build money management and cooking skills, and ensure a safe environment with behavior management. ACCESS provides ongoing trainings and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years’ old
• Ability to satisfactorily perform each essential job duty listed.
• Two full days of training and orientation prior to working directly with any client, with one day of training being client specific.
