This role includes assisting consumers with independent living, socialization, and daily living activities in a safe environment. Candidates should have experience in direct care services and relevant certifications. Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing direct care services to adults with a developmental disability.
• AMAP certified, SCIP‑R trained, CPR & First Aid trained.

Aufgaben

• Assist each consumer in skill development in independent living and socialization.
• Supervise consumers in the community to ensure safety and skill reinforcement.
• Lead group sessions to facilitate discussions and skill learning.
• Provide progress reports regarding valued outcomes.
