Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking Direct Support Workers to assist individuals with ID/DD in daily activities and community participation. You will provide one-on-one support, following individualized care plans and goals while maintaining respect and dignity.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must be able to pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients engage with the community and stay active.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
