Pathways to Community is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living needs in multiple Minnesota locations. The role includes medication administration, personal care, and transportation to events and appointments.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable vehicle access, and strong English communication skills. DHS and nationwide background checks are required; previous DD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable daily access to a vehicle.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide background check.
• Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily needs including personal cares.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Assist with cooking and housework.
• Provide constant supervision.
• Transport to appointments and community events.
