Job summary

The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Digital Content Creator to produce multimedia content that supports our mission across social, digital, and internal channels. You’ll manage end-to-end production, from planning to final edits, collaborating with a creative team and traveling to donor centers and events as needed.

You will develop short-form and long-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns, while maintaining brand voice and database-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film/Media Production or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional content creation in a digital-first environment.
• Strong portfolio with reels, campaigns, photography and motion projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc., and DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio.

Responsibilities

• Create original multimedia content (video, photography, motion graphics) for campaigns, events, and platforms.
• Manage full production cycle from pre-production to final edits, including storyboarding and location scouting.
• Adapt content for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and internal communications.
• Capture rapid-turn content at events, donor centers, and mobile drives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging and visuals.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and archive-ready content.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content by engagement data.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring new platform knowledge to assignments.
• Be ready to pivot in fast-paced environments and deliver on deadline.
