Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Fulfillment Optimization team in Austin, TX. The role focuses on supporting high-volume, mission-critical systems that power our delivery network and customer experience.

You will work on resolving outages, improving reliability, and driving automation across services, data solutions, and tools. This position includes 24x7 on-call rotations and opportunities to influence supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or equivalent technical support experience.
• Scripting experience in modern programming languages.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot documented issues and determine root cause.
• Manage trouble tickets through resolution or escalation.
• Monitor security vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Eliminate repetitive tasks through GenAI automation.
• Dive into technical details, diagnose and reproduce issues with Amazon tech.
• Work in an Agile environment using Scrum.
