Job summary

Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council seeks a Dementia Care Program Coordinator to assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of grant-funded dementia initiatives. You will train tribal communities, manage data, and support program reporting while traveling frequently to meet engagement needs across Wisconsin and Michigan locations.

The role requires a public health or healthcare administration background with project management experience and a strong ability to collaborate with tribal

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level health-related degree with two years of project management experience or training.
• Experience in elder care, Alzheimer’s disease, or dementia-related public health programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a program team; strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Dementia Program workplan and project management activities.
• Provide training to Tribal communities and conduct dementia education as needed.
• Coordinate sponsor communications, reporting, and grant-related activities.
• Travel frequently to meet program needs and collaborate with tribal partners.
• Support day-to-day operations: scheduling, data organization, and program reporting.
