Job summary

IBM is seeking an Associate Consultant Intern to help clients transform processes and technology strategies. You will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, guiding clients through future state designs and mapping requirements to IBM solutions.

You will engage in a variety of activities, including workshops, requirement documentation, data analysis, and agile teamwork, gaining exposure to multiple industries and IBM client engagements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS in CS/IS/IT with a strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of hybrid cloud, AI, networks and DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cloud migration and system implementation or upgrades.
• Run or support workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews.
• Document requirements from the product owner/business lead.
• Develop process maps for As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Translate client requirements into analytical specs for IBM solutions.
• Define current and future operational scenarios with a client-driven methodology.
• Project business value of a solution and drive KPI adoption with stakeholders.
• Develop communications tailored to specific audiences.
• Work in Agile, collaborative environments.
• Apply IBM Design Thinking to help solve client challenges.
• Analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.
