You’ll guide clients through understanding processes, defining future states, and delivering solutions across IBM’s consulting practices. The role emphasizes learning, portfolio-building, and industry expertise, with opportunities to master new skills and contribute to client success.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud strategies (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts.
• Basic understanding of Networks and DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cloud migration and system implementation or upgrades.
• Run workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews.
• Document requirements from product owner/business lead.
• Develop process maps for As-Is and To-Be states.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications for IBM solutions.
• Define current and future operational scenarios and translate business requirements to solution requirements.
• Quantify business value of a solution and drive KPI adoption with stakeholders.
• Create communications tailored to audiences.
• Work in Agile, collaborative environments.
• Apply IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
• Analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.
