Qualifications

• OTA certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with pediatrics and/or adult rehab preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and communicate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communication with the evaluator.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions.
• Assesses and adapts treatment for physical, cognitive, and behavioral needs.
• Documents progress and communicates with referring providers.
• Educates patients and families on ADLs and self-care.
• Collaborates with the OT and other team members throughout care.
