Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a recommended minimum of 4 years relevant work experience or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficient analytical and quantitative skills with ability to proactively identify challenges.
• Experience managing CI projects, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and partner with the business unit on process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current processes using mapping, root-cause analysis, and data analysis to understand pain points and improve effectiveness.
• Gather data and KPIs to quantify inefficiencies and track improvements over time.
• Lead workshops and initiatives to drive process enhancements and engage teams in problem-solving.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment and support for improvements, adopting a collaborative change approach.
• Establish metrics to track progress and report savings and ROI to senior leadership.
• Develop predictive models and data-driven tools to forecast trends and enable decision-making.
• Support safe, compliant operations and embed improvements in daily work.
