Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years in event promotions and meetings.
• Experience managing cross-channel marketing for conferences, events, and webinars.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities for promotional content.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the communications vision into compelling storytelling across audiences.
• Build and execute marketing plans for conferences, workshops, webinars, and events.
• Coordinate event promotion and registration using Cvent.
• Write copy for conferences and events pages on the ICI site.
• Develop social media toolkits for attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and digital teams on campaigns.
• Create daily newsletters highlighting conference panel highlights and insights.
• Draft pre- and post-conference blogs and recap content.
• Partner with creative teams on video promotions and testimonials.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to inform proactive marketing planning.
