Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in regulatory operations, consumer compliance, or formal complaint management within fintech, neobanking, or financial services.
• Experience drafting official response letters to agencies like CFPB and FDIC is preferred.
• JD or CRCM designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of high-risk regulatory complaints.
• Own the full regulatory response process, including root-cause analysis and drafting letters.
• Ensure strict turnaround times and reporting frameworks for regulatory responses.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk, Customer Care, and Operations.
• Identify systemic gaps and contribute to improving governance and controls.
