Job summary

TeamBuilders in New Mexico is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering CCSS, RSF, and PSR services. You will provide client advocacy, connect individuals to services, and support recovery goals within home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, documentation, and adherence to state standards. Relevant degrees or CPSW certification, travel willingness, and CPR/First Aid are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent human services education with required experience.
• CPSW certification and clear criminal records are required.
• First Aid/CPR and CPI certifications maintained.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face or in‑home CCSS/PSR services within the community.
• Assist clients in accessing social services, housing, healthcare, and transportation.
• Document client progress and maintain agency records with accuracy.
• Engage families and coordinate with treatment teams and supports.
• Support crisis intervention and link to higher level care when needed.
• Support life skills development and community integration.
