Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, human services, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supported employment, job development, or vocational rehabilitation with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to meet Illinois DHS/DDD Direct Support Person (DSP) requirements for 36U delivery/billing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel to employer sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead program intake and oversee caseload, including job readiness, placement, and retention support.
• Drive annual placement and referral goals, monitor contract utilization, and expand employer partnerships.
• Supervise Employment Specialists and conduct weekly team strategy meetings.
• Ensure contract compliance, timely monthly billing, and audit readiness.
