Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• Ability and willingness to complete required training.
• Valid driver’s license and meeting Imagine! driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promotes health, safety, and welfare of participants; engages in skilled interaction with those needing therapeutic supports.
• Assists with daily living supports and transportation to community sites using company vehicles, buses, walking, etc.
• Monitors data and completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
