The Harvard Divinity School Office for Community and Belonging (OCB) seeks a Project Coordinator to provide high‑level support across events, communications, and projects. Based in Cambridge, MA with a hybrid schedule, this role helps strengthen community and belonging by coordinating topics, speakers, materials, and timelines.

With a minimum of three years in a project coordination role, you will contribute to strategic planning, maintain content calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or relevant experience relating to project management/higher education/community and belonging work. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.

Aufgaben

• Plan events, manage communications, and organize projects within the department.
• Coordinate events logistics, speaker topics, materials, and vendor arrangements.
• Support daily operations including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting notes.
• Capture meeting minutes and distribute action items.
• Support restorative strategic planning and development of resources for the HDS community.
• Maintain content calendars and website updates as needed.
