Job summary

LCFS seeks a licensed Home Based Therapist to provide clinical services meet children and families where they are—at home, in schools, and within the community on the East side of Marion County and nearby counties.

You will perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, conduct both individual and family therapy, support crisis intervention when needed, and connect families with community resources while adhering to confidentiality and Behavioral Health policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Current Indiana clinical license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two years of mental health treatment experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide services in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and family therapy in homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Conducting bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Developing individualized treatment plans.
• Helping clients build skills that support healthier relationships and greater family stability.
• Providing crisis intervention when needed.
• Connecting families with community resources and supportive services.
• Collaborating with treatment teams, referral partners, and other community professionals.
• Supporting discharge planning and long-term client stability.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Protecting client confidentiality and following Behavioral Health Services policies and procedures.
