Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting partners with a well-established commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region to hire a Commercial Roofing Estimator in New Jersey. This role offers long-term career growth, stability, and the chance to become a key member of an experienced team.

You will review scopes, perform take-offs, prepare estimates, read plans and bid documents, and collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams. Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal roofing and BUR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with commercial roofing systems such as: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal Roofing, BUR
• Experience performing take-offs and material quantification
• Desire to grow with a company long term

Responsibilities
