Job summary

Jobot is seeking an associate attorney in Ardmore, PA to join a boutique firm serving as national litigation counsel for major railroads and transportation companies. Candidates should have 2+ years of litigation experience; federal experience is a plus. Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to independently manage cases with appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic case direction based on legal and factual analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage written discovery and discovery disputes.
• Support matters from inception through resolution.
