Qualifications

• Universal EPA certification (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Good communication skills and people skills
• Ability to safely operate motor vehicle and travel to customer locations
• Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs and replacement decisions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Follow HVAC theory, system components, electrical basics, and airflow principles.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
• Communicate service findings, recommendations, and repair options clearly to customers and management.
• Ensure all work complies with HVAC industry standards, safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and other trade personnel; escalate as needed.
