Qualifications

• 2 years HVAC experience, commercial/industrial startup experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Pre-employment health, drug screen, and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and commissioning of various HVAC equipment and systems.
• Complete all required startup forms, reports, and daily documentation accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Verify proper system operation and performance during startup.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Utilize computer software and digital tools for reporting documentation.
• Follow all company, contractor, and building safety policies and procedures.
