The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and NM licensure or eligibility, with experience in behavioral health. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy, and coordination of care in office, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active NM licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid NM driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
