Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a Clinical Therapist to deliver psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for adults, children, and families. Work may involve office, home-based, or community-based services.

The role requires NM licensure (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT/PhD/PsyD/LMSW/LMHC/LPAT), strong collaboration, and proficiency with EHR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; driving and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology or related field; plus experience in Behavioral Health.
• Current NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT).
• Thorough knowledge of and ability to access community resources; collaborate with clients and partners.
• Proficient with computers and electronic systems to maintain BHSD standards, including EHRs and data reporting.
• Must have valid NM driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain background checks as required by agency and funder.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and CPI (or ability to obtain within policy timeframe).
• Bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention services.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with clients and staff.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as assigned; offer home/community-based services.
• Maintain thorough client records and required documentation.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate with managers, coordinators, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and agency policies.
