Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico seeks a Clean Tech Case Manager to guide graduates of solar installation and heat pump training into careers. You will provide advocacy, coordinate services, and monitor participant progress while upholding confidentiality and program standards.

Qualifications

• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field preferred; other funding sources may require different education.
• One to three years’ work experience in case management or social work is preferred.
• CCM, CRC or MSW preferred; CPR/First Aid may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to an assigned caseload per program guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals to medical, behavioral health, and social services.
• Maintain accurate participant records and timely documentation.
• Monitor budgets, reimbursements, and program records per contract requirements.
• Travel as needed to meet participant and program needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with community agencies and service providers.
