Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of two years (sixty credit hours) from an accredited college or university; experience in related fields may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Typing at 30 words per minute (typing test required at time of interview).
• Skills: Proper punctuation, sentence structure, grammar, and spelling.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform case initiation, docket coordination, legal support, or other Child Support Program technical support and assistance work.
• Assist in training others and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
