Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Completion of two years (sixty credit hours) from an accredited college or university.
• Experience may be substituted year-for-year for education.
• Experience in Child Support Program, complex clerical, customer service, or secretarial roles.
• Typing at 30 words per minute; typing test required at interview.
• Ability to use a computer for word processing and data entry/retrieval.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Responsibilities
