Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Therapist in Maricopa County to provide comprehensive behavioral health care for children and families. You will collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support resilience and positive outcomes.

The role requires a BHT with two years of related experience and a Master’s degree (licensure preferred). Travel, driving requirements, and background clearance are part of the obligations for service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be BHT with two years of related behavioral health experience and a related Master’s degree; Master’s/licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to children and families experiencing stressors and trauma using strength-based, family-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with families and team to develop clinical service recommendations.
• Facilitate clinical meetings and ensure participatory, agenda-driven discussions.
• Interact professionally with stakeholders such as DCS, DDD, juvenile probation, and DSP.
• Perform additional duties related to the position.
