Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled across Maricopa County. Join a mission-driven team that trains and supports staff to grow professionally while helping children and young adults overcome challenges.

You will work in the community, home, or other natural settings, collaborating with therapists, families and other professionals to coordinate care and apply strength-based,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience or
• Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Must be 21 years or older and able to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
• Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month driving record and reliable transportation
• Must pass a negative drug test and obtain DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance
• Completion of Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

Responsibilities

• Empower youths with behavioral health challenges through mentoring and coaching
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals to coordinate care
• Provide services in community, home or other natural settings
