Job summary

Sun Mar Health Care in California seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our post-acute care team. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and help implement the patient Plan of Care at Ocean View Post-Acute.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate of Arts in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Licensure as required by State guidelines; certification as required by State.
• CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services established by the OT (OTR) in the patient Plan of Care.
• Supervises therapy under the OTR per state and federal guidelines.
• Completes documentation including daily notes and assists with progress notes and discharge summaries.
