Eagle Star Housing is a nonprofit organization providing permanent supportive housing and case management for veterans and individuals with housing instability in Upstate New York. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Services, Psychology or related field.
• Travel is required and an unrestricted license is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of computer technology and MS Office.
• Ability to make independent decisions and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive case management to clients, assisting them to reach their goals.
• Greets new tenants on arrival, shows new ESSHI tenant to their unit, and provides a basic tour of the building.
• Reviews included services eligible to those enrolled in the ESSHI program.
• Assists tenants in identifying needs to sustain housing.
• Performs monthly apartment visits to support residents in maintaining housing stability, including rent payments.
• Coordinates with the Housing Director and community partners to ensure individualized resident needs are met.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Psychology or related field
