Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management, classification, and transitional services in an institutional setting. You will support inmates/residents with social involvement, health needs, and community life while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

The role includes intake participation, report preparation, and coordinating programming and services to assist transition or release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Experience in case management is preferred; criminal justice exposure may substitute for education up to two years.
• Must communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents.
• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition.
