Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents in an institutional setting. You will participate in intake, organize information, and develop case presentations to support individual planning.

You will coordinate programming and resources for social development and transition or release, serving as point of contact when the Unit Manager is unavailable. A strong communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in case management preferred; substitutions allowed for education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, classification, and transitional services to inmates/residents.
• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and case presentations.
• Coordinate appropriate programming and resources for social development and transition or release.
